This comprehensive training initiative aimed to enrich the knowledge base of marketing executives, managers, and certification officers from Fairtrade Certified Hired Labour organizations in Sri Lanka. By emphasizing the significance of international certifications, particularly Fairtrade Certification, the program aimed to foster a deeper understanding of how these elements can enhance product value and build trust with consumers.

Participants engaged in a dynamic blend of activities designed to create an interactive and impactful learning environment. With PowerPoint presentations that laid the groundwork, participants moved on to online workstations and practical sessions.
